Nigella Lawson was never been able to find a bread bin that she liked the look of; everything around is either too trade or too chillingly and self-consciously contemporary. She wanted a wooden lid to double as a breadboard so that it would be functional as well as beautiful. She created this beautiful ceramic bread bin with a wooden breadboard lid on the underside.
